ROUTES OF ENTRY: Inhalation or ingestion are the primary methods of possible entry.

EFFECTS OF ACUTE OVEREXPOSURE:

INHALATION – (Unlikely due to low vapor pressure.) Non expected by this route in normal use.
INGESTION – None expected by this route in normal use.
EYES – Non expected by this route in normal use.

EFFECTS OF CHRONIC OVEREXPOSURE:

SKIN CONTACT – Prolonged or repeated exposure may cause slight irritation.

CARCINOGENICITY: Not a carcinogen or suspect carcinogen.

EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES:
EYE – Flush eyes gently with water for at least 15 minutes. Supportive treatment is recommended.
SKIN – Wash with mild soap and water. Remove wetted clothing.
INHALATION – Remove to fresh air.
INGESTION – Do not induce vomiting. Call a physician and/or transport ot emergency medical facility.

STABILITY – Stable
INCOMPATIBILITY – Avoid contact wiht bleaching agents and oxidizers which include chlorine, oxygen, permanganates, perchlorates, percarbonates, peroxides, chromates, hypochlorites, nitric acid and sulfuric acid.
HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION – Miscellaneous organic compounds, some possibly toxic.


VII. DISPOSAL, SPILL OR LEAK PROCEDURES


SPILL OR LEAK PROCEDURES – Contain and dispose of in accordance with Federal, State and local regulations.
WASTE DISPOSAL METHOD – Material that cannot be used or chemically reprocessed should be disposed of at an approved facility in accordance with an applicable regulations under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. Dispose of material in accordance with all Federal, State and local regulations. Avoid discharge to sewers or waterways. Product is biodegradable.

Wear protective equipment when handling. Use only with adequate ventilation. Do not breath vapor or mist. Do not get in eyes, on skin or clothing. Wash thoroughly after handling.


IX. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


Tap Magic Eco-Oil does not contain 1,1,1 trichloroethane or any ozone-depleting substances. Eco-Oil does not contain chlorine, phosphorous, active sulfur, nitrates, nitrite derivatives, amines, polynucleur aromatic compounds either as ingredients or trace contaminants.

Tap Magic Eco-Oil does not contain any chemical compound listed on the SARA list of 'Extremely Hazardous Chemicals,' and is in compliance with all of the regulations of the TSCA at the time of shipment. Shelf life is indefinite at ambient temperatures and if left in original containers.

Caution: Any cutting fluid can be "overworked" or "overheated," causing it to break down. This overuse is identified by the sight of or strong odor of vapors or fumes not normally present. The effects of these vapors or fumes on human health have not been fully determined. After use of this produce, clean and lubricate metal surfaces to avoid staining and/or corrossion.
